Chinese-American cooking show host Martin Yan helped pave the way for the diverse cooking shows seen on U.S. television today. Yan was the host of a hugely popular U.S. public television show called Yan Can Cook. Martin Yan has been teaching the world to cook for nearly forty years.
The San Francisco Bay area resident hits the road 250 days a year filming, lecturing and entertaining all over the world.
